VCK Travel offers its customers a new, free service – the online meeting tool. This tool enables you to easily make a reservation for a meeting room in your own country or abroad. In just a few mouse clicks, you will find a suitable location. You can even book a room for just two people. The database contains more than 80,000 meeting locations worldwide, and you benefit from the special rates we have agreed with the providers. You can also use the tool to make extra bookings related to the meeting, such as hotel rooms, logistic support, online participant registration and special events or dinners. How it works
Within 24 hours, you will receive quotes for the locations you selected. Once you have chosen a location, you can contact the meeting location yourself. Our Corporate Events department will monitor the process. We will receive a notification as soon as a new request has been made and we will check whether the requested information is delivered to you promptly and correctly.
