Singapore Airlines introduces Premium Economy Class

As of 9 August, Singapore Airlines will be offering a new travel class: the Premium Economy Class. This class has seats with extra legroom, a 34cm HD screen, your own electricity supply, two USB ports, extra storage space for your personal belongings, and more. You also benefit from priority boarding and your checked-in luggage will arrive more quickly. Another advantage of this class is that you can check in luggage up to 35kg at no extra charge, and as a KrisFlyer member you will receive 10% more miles. In the first instance, Premium Economy Class will only be available on the route from Singapore to Sydney, but it will be gradually expanded to other destinations.
