Update Thursday 31 August 2017: Houston Airport is reopened and the first flight has departed to Los Angeles.

Update Wednesday 30 August 2017: Due to adverse weather, dozens of flights from and to the state Louisiana are disrupted.

Update Monda7 28 August 2017: Due to floods as a result of hurricane Harvey, George Bush and William P. Hobby Airport in Houston Texas in the US are closed until further notice.

Hurricane Harvey, a hurricane with winds of more than 200 kilometers per hour, is currently approaching Texas in the United States. It is expected that the hurricane will hit land today, Friday 25 August 2017, or tomorrow, saturday 26 August 2017. All flights from and to this area have been canceled. We advise travellers to consult your airline's website for the most up-to-date travel information and possible rebooking arrangements.
