Typhoon Talim causes flight disruptions in Japan today, Monday 18 September 2017, to multiple modes of transport; especially rail services and flights from and to airports in Hokkaido and Tohoku.
Flights from and to the following airports are delayed or cancelled: Rishiri, Memanbetsu, Asahikawa, Kushiro, Obihiro, Sapporo New Chitose, Sapporo Okadama, Hakodate, Okushiri, Aomori, Misawa, Akita, Hanamaki, Sendai, Yamagata and Niigata.
