Additional staffing due to winter weather
As you know, due to the winter weather there are many disruptions for travellers.
Eindhoven Airport has temporarily closed its runways and a lot of flights to and from Schiphol Airport have been cancelled. A similar situation exists at many airports in neighbouring countries. This has led to extremely busy telephone lines at our offices and our 24/7 service desk. We are doing our utmost to answer your questions as quickly as possible, and we have scaled up the number of staff available after office hours. We ask for your understanding in case any delays occur despite our extra measures.
