Better bus access to Schiphol from December
- Tuesday 5 December 2017

From 10 December 2017, it will be easier to reach Schiphol Amsterdam Airport by bus when the new winter timetable comes into effect. Buses between the airport and nearby destinations will run more often, and many of the buses will be longer, meaning more seats.
These improvements are designed to encourage more passengers to use public transport. From April 2018, all buses in the Schiphol bus network will be electric. It is expected that, where possible, the first electric buses will come into operation between 10 December 2017 and 1 April 2018, after which date the number will increase further. The buses drop passengers close to Arrivals and Departures, where you can simply place your baggage on an airport baggage trolley. Keep up to date on current bus arrivals and departures, and plan your journey online at 9292.nl.
