Airline bankruptcy – what does VCK Travel do?

Today, Wednesday 16 May 2018, the Swedish airline Nextjet has filed for bankruptcy and all flights have been canceled. This may raise questions.

Airlines may get into financial difficulties for a variety of reasons. This will naturally affect both the travellers and their Travel Management Company. In the event of a bankruptcy the costs will still need to be paid and claims and refunds can not be made. All customers with reservations with the relevant airline will be informed immediately. VCK Travel will keep you informed of any possible alternatives. For assistance and advice, please contact our Travel Consultants. They are available 24/7 and will be happy to help you.
