Quality as priority

Our ISO certification guarantees that our company processes follow certain norms and procedures. We have the newest certificate: ISO 9001:2008. The safetying of the procedures takes place with a specialized quality management system. Weekly and monthly previously determined performances are being checked. This way, VCK is able to check the realization of the targets and the quality of service in a continuing way.

Company processes are subject to changes. Customers have other demands, market conditions change and competitors force us to think about qualitive improvements all the time. We do not only ask ourselves if we are doing things the right way, but also if we are doing the ríght thing. Based on new knowledge and market developments, we adjust our processes and procedures where necessary.

ISO 9001:2008 is the fourth version of the norm, that was first published in 1987 and is now worldwide the standard for quality management systems. In this new edition, norm demands are more clear and a beter alignment has been reached with the norm for environmental management systems (ISO 14001). Besides, there are no big differences with the 2000 version.
