In case of an emergency

Employees are a company’s most valuable asset. That’s why, in the event of an emergency during a business trip, VCK Travel, as the travel agent, plays an important role in informing and advising you, and acting on your behalf and on behalf of your travelling employees. If an emergency occurs during a flight, for instance, we take the following steps:

• System tracing
  To find out where passengers are or what flight they are on, we use the passenger tracking system.
• Personal information
  If organisations or employees are directly involved in an emergency, they will be informed immediately.
• Digital newsletter
  If a general emergency scenario applies, we will send our E-zine InTouch with the latest updates on the matter to all subscribers as soon as possible.
