For processing your travel documents

VCK Travel customers can pick up travel documents, change tickets and make reservations at the Avia Partner Desk at Schiphol Airport. Desk staff will be pleased to pass on any documents you may wish to leave for pick-up by colleagues. If you wish, we can arrange for desk staff to accompany you through customs, so that you can welcome your important business guests at the gate.

Opening hours and location

The service desk is open daily from 5.30am to 9.00pm, and is situated in Departure Hall 2, opposite KLM Check-in Desk 9. If any flights are scheduled outside these hours, the opening hours of the desk are extended.
